SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped secured and tracked. Tracking will be sent out via text message or mail shortly after shipment.  

For handling, we are working fast, all pre-made orders will be on it's way within 48 hours from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped.

Check delivery times for orders within the EU here. Orders within Denmark are delivered within: 2-4 days. Rest of the world within: 6-15 business days.

PRE-ORDER

The pre-order process can take 5-8 weeks in total. Our manufacturers work carefully to craft each piece, so please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Once all items are completed, shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. Please be patient, as we want you to receive your order just as much as you do!

Production and shipping updates will be shared on our Instagram stories, for you to stay informed throughout the process.

REFUND & RETURNS

For EU customers, non pre-order items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

A EUR 5.90 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover return processing, packaging, and administrative costs. This fee is covered by LESSFEAR for exchanges.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-orders and Non-EU Orders

Pre-order items are produced upon confirmed orders and are classified as made-to-order goods. As such, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Orders shipped outside the EU are likewise considered final sale, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
